Hi, my name is Joyce Lassiter and I have been working with children for over 20 years. I have a Bachelors of Science in Human Services Counseling from Old Dominion University. I have worked with children in many areas such as, before and  afterschool programs, Parks and Recreation, tutoring, and a boys group home. I enjoy working with children of all ages, but my passion is working with middle and high school girls. I am working on starting my girls program called Girls About Business or “GAB” where we empower young girls to be better women for tomorrow. I love crafting and making things any chance I get. I enjoy making things out of paper and turning nothing into something. I have a daughter who is studying Communications and minor in Pre-med at Liberty University. I am happy to be back with my group of kids from last year and working with the new children this year.
