My name is Mr. Hayden. Growing up in Pennsylvania, I started working in childcare at the age of 17 and have only fallen more and more in love with the work I do. From a young age, I learned the importance of creating safe spaces for children to learn and grow. 

My favorite parts of working in childcare are supporting children through their milestones, and seeing how they grow into themselves as people. 

Outside of work, you will find me taking nature walks with my wife, hanging out with my 2 cats, or working on my newest crocheting project. I am so incredibly excited to join the LeafSpring team, and cannot wait to be part of the amazing work they are already doing.
